Born in Kathmandu in 1977. He is a musician with South Asian Classical Music as a background and plays Sitar, Tabala, Madal, and Guitar. But this young man's ambition of playing free form of music reflects his unique sound beyond classical music. He graduated a six-year diploma course from Allahbad Music University as a Sitar performer while still being in Nepal. He performed in numerous concerts in Nepal such as International Music Day and been a regular performer for National Classical Music Festival. Has also won a first place in a classical music competition with his group "KALAS". Has also performed many times in Radio Nepal's live shows. He went to Japan in April, 2000 to study in a university. Currently, being a university student, he also performs with "bobin and the mantra" as a band member. He released his 1st solo album called "SWOTANTRA" in March, 2003.
